Warren Lindsey is running for our City Commission to ensure Winter Park remains a community that is financially strong, environmentally responsible, and always puts residents and our local businesses first. Warren’s priorities include:
- Winter Park’s Character and Charm: Ensure future development is in-scale and enhances Winter Park’s unique charm.
- Traffic and Safety Needs: Focus on improving traffic flow. Fully fund our Fire and Police Departments to ensure that they are staffed to maintain our safety.
- City Finances: Manage our City’s finances so that reserves remain high and taxes stay low.
- Public Parks, Lakes, and Playing Fields: Maintain our parks, lakes, and playing fields at the highest levels. Focus on sustaining and improving our beloved tree canopies.
- Local Businesses, Arts, and Charities: Support our local small businesses, arts and culture.
About Warren and His Family
Warren and his wife Eileen have been married for 43 years and have lived in Winter Park for 34 years, where they raised their children. Their three children are proud graduates of Winter Park High School: Scott (2004), Megan (2007), and John (2013). They are now proud grandparents of three.
Professional Experience
- Founded a private local law firm serving Central Florida
- Over 40 years of legal practice in Winter Park and across Florida
- Board-certified criminal trial lawyer and Florida Bar member
- Past president of the Orange County Bar Association
- Past president of Seminole Legal Aid Society
- Member of Orlando Magazine‘s Law Hall of Fame
- Recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in Florida for 14 years
Civic Involvement
- Currently serves on the Winter Park Planning & Zoning Board (P&Z)
- Member of the Winter Park History Museum
- Supporter of the Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Gardens

Warren Lindsey’s Message to Winter Park Residents
What will Winter Park look like in the next ten years? We share a love of Winter Park’s tree canopies, Park Avenue district, beautiful lakes and parks, and our safe neighborhoods. That’s why our future is as important as our present.
Winter Park residents deserve a leader who will protect the City’s charm and character, a leader with the fiscal and professional experience to preserve our quality of life.
I’m running for City Commission to ensure Winter Park thrives for future generations by enhancing our parks, protecting our neighborhoods, investing in public safety, and supporting our local businesses, arts, and charities. I ask for your support and your vote on March 11.
