Warren’s Vision for Winter Park

Listening to Winter Park Residents
Protecting Winter Park’s Natural Charm and Character
Keeping Our City Financially Strong into the Future
Placing Winter Park Residents’ Priorities First
Leading with Trust, Stability, and Transparency
I’m running for City Commission Seat 4 because I love Winter Park.
My wife and I raised our children here, and in 34 years as residents, we’ve seen how much better our city does with steady leaders who listen to and understand residents’ needs.
I’m running to protect Winter Park’s natural charm, safe neighborhoods, and a future we can be proud of.

Protecting What We Love Most About Winter Park

Protecting What We Love Most About Winter Park
We all love Winter Park – Park Avenue, our marvelous tree canopies, our lakes, and our unique neighborhoods.
Our residents deserve a leader who will protect the City’s charm and who has the fiscal and professional experience to preserve our quality of life. For these reasons, I’m running for City Commission Seat 4 and am asking for your support.
I’m running to support the issues I hear about most from residents:
- Winter Park’s Character and Charm: Ensure future development is in-scale and enhances Winter Park’s unique charm.
- Traffic and Safety Needs: Focus on improving traffic flow. Fully fund our Fire and Police Departments to ensure that they are staffed to maintain our safety.
- City Finances: Manage our City’s finances so that reserves remain high and taxes stay low.
- Public Parks, Lakes and Playing Fields: Maintain our parks, lakes and playing fields at the highest levels. Focus on sustaining and improving our beloved tree canopies.
- Local Businesses, Arts, and Charities: Encourage the City’s support of our local businesses, arts and culture, and the many local organizations that support our community.
